Every GeraVita plan starts with a First Assessment at home by our Geriatrician (MD in Geriatrics). The Geriatrician decides how much clinical attention your parent needs. You decide how much family contact you want. That is the whole system, and there is nothing to pick off a menu.
One is a clinical judgement. The other is entirely yours.
After the First Assessment, our Geriatrician recommends either GeraVita Essential or GeraVita Enhanced, based on how stable your parent is, how many medicines they take and how much risk she sees. It is re-assessed every quarter and can step down as easily as it steps up.
GeraVita Connect adds a monthly video call with the doctor, a monthly written report and a named care manager. Families add it because they live in another city or abroad, not because their parent is unwell. It sits on top of either plan.
The difference is how often your parent is seen and how closely their medicines are watched. Everything else, from the same specialist to the same-day reports, is identical.

The plan is reviewed at every quarterly reassessment. If your parent has stabilised, we tell you and the plan steps down. We do not wait for you to ask. Both plans are monthly and rolling, with no minimum term and no auto-renewal.
A full Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment at your parent's home. Not a quick check-up: a structured review of everything that affects how safely your parent is living, done by a geriatrician rather than a general physician.
Start GeraVita Essential or Enhanced within 30 days and the full First Assessment fee is deducted from your first month's bill. If you decide ongoing care is not needed yet, you keep the written plan and owe nothing further.

An add-on to either plan. It changes how much you see and hear, not how much clinical care your parent receives.
Adult children in another Indian city, or abroad, who want to know what is actually happening rather than what a relative remembers to tell them. It works equally well for a stable parent and an unwell one, because it is about contact, not clinical intensity.

Already a GeraVita family and want to add Connect? Tell us which plan your parent is on and we will confirm the combined monthly amount on WhatsApp.
On Essential, add Connect On Enhanced, add ConnectAn add-on to either plan — a dedicated attendant at home for families who need more than doctor visits, whether that's supervision for part of the day or someone there around the clock. This is separate from the doctor's care; it doesn't change what your plan's clinical schedule includes.
A trained attendant at home for 12 hours a day — help with daily activities, mobility, medication reminders and company, for the hours your family can't be there.
Ask about 12-hour CompanionRound-the-clock attendant coverage at home, for families who need continuous support and supervision rather than fixed daytime hours.
Ask about 24-hour CompanionCompanion requires an active GeraVita Essential or Enhanced plan underneath it. Message us with which plan your parent is on and we'll confirm the combined monthly cost.
One home consultation with the geriatrician for a specific concern. No assessment battery, no written care plan, no follow-up commitment.
Every plan is monthly and rolling. Prepaying changes the price, never what is included, and never locks you in.
Stop anytime. Unused prepaid months are handled under our refund and cancellation policy.
Booked when you need them and billed per use.
Specialist consultations (quarterly) and accompaniment to OPD visits (monthly) are included in every plan — see the comparison above. Healthcare services are exempt from GST under Entry 74, Notification 12/2017-CT(R).
Because "how much care does my parent need" is a clinical judgement, not a preference. Families consistently underestimate how frail a parent has become; it is one of the best-documented reasons older people are seen too late. The assessment removes the guesswork. If you disagree with the recommendation, that becomes a conversation with the doctor about your parent's health, not a pricing negotiation.
This is common, and it is usually about dignity rather than stubbornness. Tell us on WhatsApp before the visit. The First Assessment is unhurried and conversational, and we can plan the approach with you, including how it is introduced to your parent. We have written about this in more detail on our blog.
Yes. Every quarterly reassessment reviews the recommended frequency, and it steps down as often as it steps up. If your parent has stabilised, we tell you and your bill goes down. We do not wait for you to ask.
Only if you cannot see your parent regularly yourself, most commonly because you live in another city or abroad. It has nothing to do with how unwell your parent is. A family with a stable parent can add Connect simply because they want a monthly call and a written report they can rely on.
No. Every plan is monthly and rolling, with no minimum term and no auto-renewal. Prepaying for 3, 6 or 12 months only changes the price; it never locks you in or changes what is included.
GeraVita does not provide emergency care at home, on any plan, at any hour. In a medical emergency, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital or nursing home immediately. Once your parent is stable, we help with the discharge plan and the follow-up at home. Our full emergency care policy explains this.
Message us on WhatsApp. We confirm a visit slot and share a secure payment link for the First Assessment. After the assessment, the recommended plan is set up and billed monthly to the payment method you prefer. No app, no login.
